From September 13 to 20, Moena celebrates the flavors of the mountains with a new edition of “Sapori d’Autunno,” the culinary week dedicated to the aromas and ingredients of the season.

Fall comes to the table in Moena with “Sapori d’Autunno,” the culinary festival that, following the success of previous editions, once again brings together the chefs and restaurateurs of Ristora Moena.

For an entire week, from September 13 to 20, five restaurants will offer five special menus, designed to showcase Ladin and Fassa cuisine through the most representative products of this time of year.

Each restaurant will start with an ingredient symbolic of fall to create a complete culinary journey, from appetizer to dessert, blending local tradition, technique, and creativity. Five restaurants mean five different ways to experience autumn in Val di Fassa: the perfect opportunity to sample multiple menus, compare the different offerings, and choose your favorite interpretation.

The menus will be available at a promotional price ranging from 67 to 110 euros per person, wine included.
