The spacious apartment “Villa Pineta” is located on the ground floor of a beautiful house in Moena and boasts a mountain view. The property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with one single bed and one with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a children’s bed and baby cot and highchair (upon request). There is also a washing machine in the building, which you can use for free. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on your terrace and enjoy the view of the mountains. There is also a playground on the property for the younger guests. In approximately 400 m you will reach the centre of Moena w.here you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a newspaper shop as well as restaurants, bars and cafes. The bus stop for the ski bus is located just 100 m from the property. The ski resort Alpe Lusia is just a 4-minute drive from the property w.here you can enjoy some fun on the slopes with the whole family.

The cleaning and sanitization of the structure is carried out with certified professional detergents and ozone generator.

Parking spaces are available on the property. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Ski storage is available in the building.
